Empty ink and toner cartridges do not go in SF’s blue bin. Drop them at office / electronics stores (Staples takes most brands in-store; Best Buy recycles many cartridges; HP Planet Partners covers HP & Samsung mail-back or retail drop-off).
Note: Bring empties only — no leaking cartridges.
