How you might help the website

Pick the role that fits best — unpaid website help, not an event job.

Help review map location submissionsCheck pending drop-off suggestions on /admin: verify the address on Google Maps, fix typos or category, then approve good spots or reject spam and duplicates.Help review Give & Get postsRead pending free-item posts for safety and clarity. Approve appropriate listings or reject unsafe ones. You do not arrange pickups — neighbors contact the giver directly.Suggest What Goes Where itemsNotice confusing items people search for (or gaps in /admin/lookup). Propose clear names, bins, and short tips so the team can add them to the lookup list.Other website / content helpCopy edits, checking links, spotting broken pages, improving Resources or Rewards info, or other light content work a mentor assigns.
